The book is a continuation of the theory of hierarchical and equity models of power and how these model contribute to the success or destruction of the family. This takes an interesting look at the interactions between temperament and attachment and how that affects the development of children in today's culture. Also discussed are issues of communication and many strategies aimed at helping the family to succeed. The unique twist to this book is that it helps the parent to focus back on themselves to see what they can learn from their children.

The Art of Managing Everyday Conflict: Understanding Power and Emotions, 2004

This manuscript addresses issues of conflict, power and how emotions affect people's perception of their power. Issues discussed in the manuscript include conflict issues related to family dynamics, work settings, intimate relationships, political issues, internal power struggles and other situations. Evolution of the Soul is a combination of poems, perspectives and philosophies on life that were written over a period of years. The purpose of the book is to help people evaluate and chart their own evolution through their interpretations of the perspectives. This bibliotherapy technique, using this manuscript, has proven very valuable to therapy clients, and its publication came at the urging of clients who felt it may help others find their own paths.
